Hotel Features. Built in 1952, the year of the Helsinki Olympic Games, the Hotel Palace opens into a lobby area which houses a Gin and Tonic bar. Guests can relax in the saunas, which open onto a terrace with harbour views, have drinks at the summer terrace bar, or visit the onsite hair salon. Complimentary tea is served every afternoon, and multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can assist with sightseeing queries.
